AI/ML Engineer with Generative AI

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, end-to-end ML pipelines, and handling real-world datasets. Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex is highly preferred.

The role involves building intelligent AI solutions, optimizing model performance, integrating APIs, and contributing to scalable AI deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines for real-world business applications.
• Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for AI-powered applications.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets for data processing, feature engineering, and model development.
• Develop AI/ML solutions using Python and SQL.
• Integrate and work with Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise use cases.
• Create effective prompts and workflows for AI applications using prompt engineering techniques.
• Build AI applications using frameworks such as LangChain and/or LlamaIndex.
• Implement API integrations and support basic deployment of AI models/applications.
• Work on Agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangGraph or AutoGen.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Fine-tune and improve model performance based on business requirements.
