AI/ML Engineer (with Databricks Cloud Skills)

Job Description:

• We are seeking an enthusiastic AI ML Engineer with 2 3 years of experience in Machine Learning Generative AI and Databricks based development
• The ideal candidate should have hands on experience building training deploying and monitoring ML models using Databricks Lakehouse Platform Python PySpark and modern AI frameworks

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop train validate and deploy Machine Learning models
• Build predictive analytics classification recommendation and NLP solutions
• Perform feature engineering model evaluation and model optimization
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets to solve business problems
• Develop data processing and ML workflows using Databricks
• Utilize Delta Lake Databricks Notebooks and Databricks Workflows
• Build scalable ETL ELT pipelines using PySpark
• Collaborate with data engineers to prepare AI ready datasets

Technical Requirements:

• 2 3 years of experience in AI ML Development
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands on experience with Databricks and PySpark
• Experience building and deploying ML models
• Good understanding of Machine Learning lifecycle
• Exposure to GenAI LLM use cases preferred

Additional Responsibilities:

• Experience with RAG LangChain or AI Agents
• Knowledge of LLMOps and MLOps practices
• Exposure to Delta Live Tables and Unity Catalog
• Experience working with Snowflake or cloud data platforms
• Databricks Certified Associate Data Engineer certification is a plus
