AI/ML Engineer

Job Description:

• Minimum 4 years of corporate experience in AI/ML.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models, including Generative AI applications.
• Lead end-to-end data science projects: data collection, preprocessing, modelling, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems.
• Optimise model performance and ensure robustness across diverse datasets.
• Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML and Gen AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and fine-tune LLMs using domain-specific data to enhance performance in specialised contexts
• LVM, Agentic AI, tool handling, function handling, MCP, Multimodal RAG in different domains
• Develop techniques to scale LLMs efficiently for high-volume production environments
• Design and implement novel approaches to model optimisation and evaluation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems
• Stay current with the latest research and incorporate state-of-the-art techniques
• Document methodologies, experiments, and findings for both technical and non-technical
