About the Role

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with 0–2 years of experience and good knowledge of AI/ML and Python. This is a semi-technical opportunity where you will use your technical knowledge while also supporting and mentoring US-based candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Support US-based candidates with their technical preparation and career journey.
• Conduct and review technical mock interviews and assessments.
• Evaluate candidates on their AI/ML, Python, problem-solving, and technical knowledge.
• Mentor candidates and help them improve their technical skills and interview performance.
• Identify technical gaps and provide constructive feedback and guidance.
• Explain AI/ML and Python concepts in a simple and practical way.
• Work closely with Recruitment and Training team.

Required Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in AI/ML, Python, Data Science, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of AI/ML concepts and Python.
• Understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and basic data concepts.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to conduct and evaluate technical interviews and assessments.
• Willingness to work in a candidate-facing, semi-technical role.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with AI/ML academic, internship, or personal projects.

Location: Ahmedabad | On-site

Shift: US Shift - 7 PM IST - 4 AM IST || Saturday & Sunday Off
