Job Summary:
We are hiring a seasoned AI/ML Engineer to join as a Technical Interview Panel Expert, responsible for evaluating candidate technical depth in machine learning, deep learning, and data science fundamentals.
The expert will participate in designing, structuring, and executing high-quality technical interviews for AI and ML engineering roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical interviews and evaluate ML model-building, deployment, and optimization skills.
- Assess candidates ability to handle data preprocessing, feature engineering, and algorithm selection.
- Review coding exercises, model evaluation approaches, and real-world ML project experience.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to define competency frameworks for AI/ML candidates.
- Mentor and guide junior interviewers in technical evaluation standards.
- Contribute to AI skill benchmarking and interview question banks.
Technical Expertise:
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy.
- Experience with model deployment (Flask, FastAPI, AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML).
- Familiarity with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow.
- Understanding of data pipelines, model evaluation metrics, and ML reproducibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in AI, Machine Learning, or Computer Science.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end ML project lifecycle.
- Prior experience as technical interviewer / panel member for AI talent screening.
