AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines for real-world business applications.
• Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for AI-powered applications.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets for data processing, feature engineering, and model development.
• Develop AI/ML solutions using Python and SQL.
• Integrate and work with Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise use cases.
• Create effective prompts and workflows for AI applications using prompt engineering techniques.
• Build AI applications using frameworks such as LangChain and/or LlamaIndex.
• Implement API integrations and support basic deployment of AI models/applications.
• Work on Agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangGraph or AutoGen.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for model deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Fine-tune and improve model performance based on business requirements.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Python and SQL
• Experience with end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines
• Experience handling real-world datasets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of LLMs and Prompt Engineering
• Experience with LangChain and/or LlamaIndex
• API integration and basic deployment knowledge
• Exposure to Agentic AI (LangGraph, AutoGen)
• Experience with MLOps concepts and cloud platforms
• Model tuning / optimization experience
