AI/ML Engineer

Experience: 5 -8 Years

Location:- Bangalore, Mumbai, Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Notice Period:- Immediate Joiners/ Serving Notice period only

Technical Requirements (Must Have)

• GenAI Expertise: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience building production-oriented GenAI systems
• Core Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI Application Development
• RAG Frameworks: Practical experience in building Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems using Vector Databases (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Milvus, etc.) and specific chunking strategies
• Agentic AI: Experience in building AI Agents with multi-step planning, tool calling, and workflow execution.
• Cloud Stack: Hands-on usage of Azure AI Foundry (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML) or similar platforms like AWS Bedrock/GCP Vertex AI.
• Orchestration: Advanced usage of LangChain or LlamaIndex for scalable AI pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop robust AI applications and integrate them into production pipelines using CI/CD.
• Design and optimize AI prompts to enhance output quality and relevance.
• Implement testing frameworks for model evaluation and hallucination control.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to scale AI deployments.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure ethical AI practices (bias mitigation, data privacy).
