Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong Python expertise to design, develop, train, deploy, and maintain machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms, computer vision, Large Language Models (LLMs), statistical analysis, data visualization, SQL, and cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure. Experience with MLOps and productionizing ML models is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions using Python.
- Apply appropriate machine learning algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, prediction, and other business use cases.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, training, validation, and optimization.
- Develop and implement Computer Vision solutions for image/video-based applications.
- Work with LLMs and Generative AI concepts to develop intelligent AI-driven solutions.
- Conduct statistical analysis and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Build and optimize machine learning models for accuracy, scalability, and performance.
- Deploy ML/AI models into production environments and monitor their performance.
- Develop ML pipelines and MLOps workflows for automated model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Utilize Azure cloud services for developing, deploying, and managing AI/ML workloads.
- Work with SQL and structured data for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and model development.
- Create meaningful data visualizations and dashboards to communicate analytical findings.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Implement best practices around model versioning, experiment tracking, CI/CD, monitoring, and model governance.
- Troubleshoot and continuously improve AI/ML models and production pipelines.
Required Skills
- Strong programming experience in Python.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms and model development.
- Experience in model training, validation, optimization, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of Computer Vision concepts and techniques.
- Exposure to LLMs / Generative AI and related AI applications.
- Strong knowledge of Statistics and Data Analysis.
- Experience with Data Visualization tools and libraries.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Good understanding of MLOps, ML lifecycle management, and production deployment.
- Experience working with ML/AI frameworks and libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, Pandas, and NumPy is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience deploying ML models on Azure ML / Azure cloud services.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, and ML pipeline automation.
- Experience with model monitoring, experiment tracking, and model versioning.
- Exposure to NLP, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and LLM-based applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
