YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE BY:
- Conducting in-depth research on AI and ML models, particularly in Generative AI.
- Developing, fine-tuning and optimizing AI/ML models for various applications.
- Implementing and deploying AI-based applications using Python frameworks.
- Working with containerization technologies like Docker for scalable application deployment.
- Designing and integrating CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Developing and integrating APIs for web applications to interact with AI models.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop AI-powered solutions.
- Staying up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and emerging trends in GenAI.
- Ensuring the security, performance and reliability of AI applications.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation for AI models and software applications.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS/ SKILLS:
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in researching and developing AI models, especially in Generative AI.
- Solid knowledge of containerization using Docker and experience with Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Experience in deploying AI applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Experience in web application development and API design for AI-powered applications.
- Ability to explore, evaluate, and implement state-of-the-art AI research.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile development environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with LangChain, OpenAI API, or similar GenAI frameworks.
- Knowledge of vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Exposure to MLOps practices and AI model lifecycle management.
- Prior experience with NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
- Contributions to AI research papers, open-source projects, or hackathons.
