AI/ML Engineer

About Position:

We are seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer - Generative AI with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Agentic AI, and Python Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications, intelligent assistants, and enterprise-grade GenAI solutions. This requires hands-on experience in building production AI systems, integrating enterprise data sources, and implementing scalable AI workflows that drive business value and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI applications and intelligent automation solutions.
• Build AI-powered assistants, copilots, chatbots, and knowledge management platforms.
• Develop and optimize Large Language Model (LLM) powered applications.
• Implement AI solutions that enhance business processes and user experiences.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and models.
• Design and implement RAG-based architectures for enterprise knowledge retrieval.
• Develop document ingestion, chunking, embedding, retrieval, and reranking pipelines.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience building production-grade software applications and APIs.
• Experience delivering LLM, RAG, or Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Strong proficiency in Python (preferred) and backend application development.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, or similar API frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI ecosystems.
• Hands-on expertise in:
• Prompt Engineering
• RAG Architectures
• Embeddings
• Chunking Strategies
• Retrieval Techniques
• Re-ranking Models
• Grounded Responses
• Experience developing and managing AI agents and workflow orchestration frameworks.
