Job Description

We are seeking an experiencedAI/ML Engineerto design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning and generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate has strong experience in end-to-end model development, MLOps, and productionizing AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, train, and optimize ML/DL models for real-world applications.
Build GenAI applications using LLMs, embedding models, and vector databases.
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).
Deploy ML models into production using CI/CD and MLOps frameworks.
Work closely with data engineers, product teams, and cloud architects to deliver AI-driven features.
Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Evaluate new AI frameworks, libraries, and research papers to enhance the AI roadmap.
Build APIs, pipelines, and scalable inference systems.

Required Skills

Core Technical Skills

Strong Python programming (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow).
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation.
Expertise in ML algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI techniques.
Proficiency in data pipelines: Airflow, Spark, Kafka (optional).
Experience in MLOps: Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or Vertex AI.
Familiarity with vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma).
Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP (any one mandatory).
