AI/ML Engineer

About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, training, and deploying machine learning models and AI-based solutions.

The candidate will work closely with developers, data teams, and business stakeholders to build intelligent systems that solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and AI models

Work on NLP, Generative AI, Deep Learning, or Computer Vision projects

Build and optimize ML pipelines and data processing workflows

Train, test, and fine-tune machine learning models

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements

Integrate AI models into production environments and applications

Monitor model performance and improve system accuracy over time

Research and implement latest AI/ML technologies and frameworks

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Python and Machine Learning concepts

Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar frameworks

Knowledge of NLP, LLMs, Deep Learning, or Generative AI

Experience with APIs, model deployment, and cloud platforms is a plus

Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

Experience working on real-world AI/ML projects

Familiarity with tools like OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.
