The Opportunity We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and MLOps to develop and deploy AI solutions for Digital Pathology and Precision Oncology. The role involves end-to-end AI model development, deployment, and maintenance using modern cloud and MLOps technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize AI/Deep Learning models for Digital Pathology.
- Build scalable ML pipelines for training, validation, and deployment.
- Implement MLOps workflows using Docker, DVC, Git, CI/CD, and AWS SageMaker.
- Deploy and monitor AI models on cloud and on-prem GPU infrastructure.
- Collaborate with pathologists, software engineers, and product teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
- Contribute to research, validation studies, and product commercialization.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow and Computer Vision.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Git, DVC, and CI/CD.
- Experience with AWS (SageMaker, EC2, S3) or similar cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Linux and GPU-based model training.
- Good understanding of machine learning model deployment and MLOps practices.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice to Have
- Experience in Digital Pathology, Medical Imaging, or Healthcare AI.
- Familiarity with Whole Slide Images (WSI), Foundation Models, FastAPI, MLflow, Airflow/Prefect.
- B.E./ B.Tech./ M.Tech./ M.S. in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of relevant industry experience in AI/ML Engineering or MLOps.
