Job Summary:

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and deploying machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python programming, machine learning algorithms, data processing, and model development, along with exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI technologies.

The candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing AI/ML models, working with data pipelines, and integrating intelligent solutions into business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, train, and implement machine learning models to solve business problems.
• Apply supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms to real-world use cases.
• Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, feature engineering, and analysis.
• Evaluate, optimize, and fine-tune ML models to improve accuracy and performance.
• Develop and implement NLP solutions such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and information extraction
• Work with pre-trained models and explore Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
• Implement prompt engineering techniques and integrate LLM APIs into AI-powered applications.
• Work with tools and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain machine learning models in production environments.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to support machine learning workflows.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate AI/ML solutions into business applications.
• Research emerging AI/ML technologies and identify opportunities to improve existing models and solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

Experience:

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or machine learning development.
• Strong experience in Python programming and machine learning model development.
• Practical experience with machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience working with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data analysis.
• Exposure to NLP and Generative AI/LLM-based applications.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Good understanding of supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Basic understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Exposure to OpenAI APIs or open-source LLM implementations.
• Good knowledge of SQL and data manipulation techniques.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and software development practices.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
