Humm Care is a digital healthcare platform building technology-driven healthcare solutions for corporates across India. Our products include OPD Wallets, Health Checkups, Teleconsultation, Diagnostics, Wellness Programs, and healthcare automation platforms.

We are looking for an AI / ML Engineer who can work on real product development, automation, and AI-driven features across our platform.

Role Overview

As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing AI models, working on data-driven systems, building automation tools, and supporting product innovation using modern AI technologies.

This role involves working closely with the backend, product, and tech team to build scalable intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI / Machine Learning models
• Work on data analysis, prediction models, and automation tools
• Build AI-based features for web app, mobile app, and backend
• Write optimized and scalable Python code
• Integrate AI / ML services using APIs
• Improve performance and efficiency of existing systems
• Research new AI tools, frameworks, and technologies
• Assist in product development using AI / ML
• Work on cloud, data, and model deployment when required
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, and product team

Required Skills

• 12 years experience in AI / ML / Python development (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Python
• Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Understanding of APIs and backend integration
• Basic knowledge of databases
• Good problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Good to Have

• Experience with NLP / LLM / OpenAI / ChatGPT APIs
• Experience with AWS / GCP / Cloud
• Experience in automation / analytics
• Experience working in startup / product company
• Experience in healthcare tech (optional)
