Position Overview

You'll architect the core intelligence platform and agent orchestration layer that powers India's next-generation consumer AI experience. You'll build agentic pipelines, vector retrieval systems, and model inference infrastructure serving 100M+ users with real-world impact. This role offers direct ownership of AI systems designed for massive scale with fast iteration loops and tangible outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Build and optimize agentic pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, and MCP/tool-use frameworks for multi-step AI workflows
• Design and implement vector retrieval systems with Pinecone, Milvus, and FAISS for semantic search applications
• Develop robust model inference pipelines with evaluation frameworks for quality, latency, and cost optimization
• Create embedding workflows, prompt templates, and structured output validation systems for reliable AI responses
• Integrate AI components into scalable platform APIs using Python and FastAPI for production deployment
• Implement model routing and orchestration systems across multiple AI models and modalities.
• Build evaluation harnesses for measuring AI system performance, safety, and reliability at scale.

Must Have Criteria :

5-10 years of experience in ML engineering or platform-oriented AI development.

Strong proficiency in Python programming and PyTorch framework.

Hands-on experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and working with embeddings.

Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) integration and optimization.

Experience working with vector databases including Pinecone, Milvus, or FAISS for semantic search.

Proven experience building AI systems serving 100M+ users or processing billions of records.

Experience building APIs and backend services for AI/ML applications.

Nice to Have :

Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure for model deployment and orchestration.

Background in building multi-agent systems or agentic AI workflows.

Experience with model evaluation frameworks and AI safety implementations.

Previous work at AI-first companies or building consumer-scale AI products.
