Job Role: AI/ML Engineer (GenAI & Machine Learning)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI solutions
- Build and optimize applications using LLMs, LangChain, and RAG architectures
- Develop machine learning models for predictive analytics and intelligent automation
- Create data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and model training
- Integrate AI solutions with cloud services and enterprise applications
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor machine learning and GenAI models
- Work with structured and unstructured data to generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and Product teams
- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI solutions
- Stay updated with emerging AI, ML, and GenAI technologies
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering
- Strong expertise in Python programming
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms and model development
- Experience working with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Strong knowledge of LangChain and AI orchestration frameworks
- Experience with AWS cloud services
- Good understanding of Data Science concepts and data processing techniques
- Experience with model deployment, evaluation, and monitoring
