Your Opportunity
As an AI/ML Engineer on BeGig, you'll work on freelance projects focused on designing, building, and deploying machine learning and AI solutions. You'll help teams turn data and models into scalable, production-ready systems, without the constraints of a traditional full-time role.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems
- Build end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion to model serving
- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate models for performance and accuracy
- Implement supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques
- Deploy models into production using APIs and scalable infrastructure
- Monitor model performance, drift, and reliability over time

- Collaborate with product, backend, and data teams to deliver AI-driven features

What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with machine learning and AI development
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Experience with data processing and feature engineering
- Familiarity with model deployment and serving (FastAPI, Flask, Docker, etc.)
- Understanding of MLOps concepts (CI/CD, monitoring, versioning)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Knowledge of databases and data pipelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A self-driven freelancer who can independently own and deliver ML projects
