Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic
AI Developer with 23.5 years of experience in machine learning, NLP, and GenAI/LLM-based development. The candidate will support the design, development, and deployment of AI use cases in collaboration with senior engineers and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
AI/ML Development
- Develop and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models under guidance.
- Implement solutions using Python, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Work on GenAI/LLM tasks such as text summarization, classification, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
LLM/GenAI Work
- Build applications using OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Llama, or similar LLMs.
- Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows using vector databases.
- Assist in model evaluation, benchmarking, and optimization.
Data Preparation
- Work on data cleaning, feature engineering, and dataset preparation.
- Handle structured and unstructured data (text, images optional).
Integration & Deployment
- Assist in integrating models with applications using APIs.
- Work with cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP) for model deployment (training provided as needed).
Documentation & Testing
- Document model behavior, experiments, and results.
- Participate in code reviews and testing processes.
