We are looking for a talented
AI/ML Engineer with
5+ years of experience to be based at our
Mangaluru office in India, and to be part of our growth story. You will be a part of Customer Operations and Post Merger Integration team in India and you will be dedicated to drafting, creating and enhancing AI-driven flows and applications.
You will be majorly responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-powered features and flows ensuring seamless integration across EGs platforms. We are seeking a passionate individual who is genuinely enthusiastic about developing AI-based solutions, enjoys working with AI, and believes in its strategic value for the organization.
Your Workday, Your Tasks And Mandatory Skill Set
- Drafting, designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered features and functionalities.
- Develop, train, and evaluate AI/ML and GenAI models for varied business use cases.
- Integrating AI models, APIs, and services (such as AWS LLMs) into end-user solutions ensuring smooth operation.
- Leverage technologies such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, RAG frameworks, and Vector DBs.
- Familiarity with Agile/Lean/XP/DevSecOps, GitHub Actions, SonarQube and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with customer Operations and Post Merger Integration teams, other process leads and EGs IT teams.
- Collect and challenge requirements for AI optimisations within Customer delivery and Customer support processes and interactions with other EG processes
- Collaborating with Data Scientists and ML Ops engineers to deploy models effectively and efficiently.
- Optimizing AI application performance, including response times and resource usage.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code to support AI features and backend services.
- Participating in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting AI components and applications.
- Staying current with emerging AI technologies, SDKs, and best practices to incorporate new capabilities into products.
- Documenting processes, architecture, and code for ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
You Are The Ideal Candidate If You
- Proven experience in software development, with a focus on AI or Machine Learning applications.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
- Experience with AI, ML, GenAI frameworks and NLP SDKs, APIs, and cloud services (preferably AWS).
- Knowledge of integration practices for deploying AI models and APIs into scalable applications.
- Familiarity with cloud-based deployment, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, Agile environment.
- Capability to act as Business Analyst and develop AI competences within the team.
