EcoRatings: A GenAI Solution for Sustainability

EcoRatings is led by experienced founders with a successful exit record, empowering enterprises, governments, and Web3 infrastructures to meet sustainability goals using enterprise-grade Generative AI and Blockchain technologies. The company leverages its fine-tuned open-source foundation model, Sustaining.AI, which functions as an ESG expert via chat and underpins a Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture for processing sustainability data and automating carbon measurement, reporting, and validation tasks.

Position: AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our team. This full-time position, based in our Noida office, focuses on developing and deploying our proprietary AI/ML algorithms for sustainability assessment.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and deploy software applications, datasets, and deep learning models.
Fine-tune large language models for specific tasks.
Collaborate closely with team members on integrating Generative AI solutions.
Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs.
Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: BTech/MTech in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or relate
d fields.0 to
2 years of relevant software development experience.Profi
ciency in Generative AI and Deep Learning, with a strong focus on the Transformer Architecture.Abili
ty to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.Under
standing of software engineering best practices and agile methodologies.Stron
g analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Prefe
rred: Prior experience in the development of Agentic Workflows will be considered a plus.
