Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong Python development skills to design, build, and deploy intelligent, scalable solutions across enterprise platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building machine learning models, developing AI-powered applications, and integrating ML solutions in cloud and microservice-based environments. This role requires a strong balance of AI engineering, Python backend development, cloud integration, and MLOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
AI/ML Development
- Develop, train, optimize, and deploy Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP models.
- Build end-to-end AI/ML pipelines including data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and validation.
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and integrate LLMs for automation and intelligent decision-making.
- Perform continuous model evaluation, monitoring, and optimization using MLOps best practices.
- Research and implement new AI techniques for enhanced model performance and scalability.
Python Development
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code for AI services, backend APIs, and automation scripts.
- Develop microservices and integrate AI/ML logic using FastAPI / Flask / Django.
- Build batch and real-time automation workflows to support model deployment and orchestration.
- Ensure strong exception handling, reliability, and performance optimization across Python services.
Data Engineering & Cloud Integration
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets to create training-ready datasets.
- Integrate AI/ML solutions with enterprise systems such as CRMs, internal tools, and cloud applications.
- Deploy and manage AI models in Azure / AWS / GCP environments.
- Implement secure, scalable data pipelines to support ML workflows.
Required Skills
Core Skills
- Advanced Python development experience.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP
- LLMs, Embeddings, Vector Databases
- RAG Pipelines
- Strong skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and microservice architectures.
- Proficiency with ML frameworks:
- TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Experience with FastAPI / Flask / Django.
Good to Have
- Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP AI services.
- Knowledge of MLOps (CI/CD for ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience integrating AI/ML in Salesforce CRM or other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with big data platforms such as Spark, Databricks.
- Exposure to feature stores, model registries, or monitoring frameworks.
