AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join our AI team and work on cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions, including Generative AI (GenAI). In this role, you will develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business challenges. You will also work on LLMs (Large Language Models), multimodal AI, and Generative AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications.
• Work with Generative AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face ) to develop LLM-based applications.
• Optimize and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for custom use cases.
• Develop and integrate AI/ML models into cloud-based and edge computing environments.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure scalable and efficient data pipelines.
• Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Research and apply state-of-the-art AI techniques in NLP, computer vision, and multimodal AI.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, transformer-based models, and GenAI techniques.
• Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) and fine-tuning LLMs.
• Experience with vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of Cloud AI services.
• Exposure to MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes etc).
