About the Role:
We are looking to transition our high-performing interns into full-time Associate AI/ML Engineers. As an M.Tech graduate, we expect you to bring a strong theoretical foundation to our R&D team, helping us bridge the gap between academic research and production-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model Development:Design, train, and fine-tune Machine Learning and Deep Learning models (LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision) for real-world business use cases.

  • Research to Production:Read and implement state-of-the-art research papers, translating theoretical concepts into working prototypes and scalable APIs.

  • Data Engineering:Collaborate with the data team to build efficient pipelines for data cleaning, pre-processing, and augmentation.

  • Optimization:Analyze model performance and optimize for latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.

  • Documentation:Maintain detailed documentation of experiments, model architectures, and results.


Qualifications

Educational qualification:

  • Master's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.

Required Skills:

  • Education:M.Tech in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.

  • Programming:Proficiency in Python and familiarity with C++ or Java.

  • Frameworks:Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or Scikit-learn.

  • Knowledge:Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, probability, and linear algebra.

  • Prior Experience:Successful completion of an internship with [Company Name].

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Published research papers or contributions to open-source AI projects.

  • Experience with Cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, or GCP).
