Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence tools and cloud-based AI services. The role requires managing the deployment of solutions either on cloud platforms or on-premises, ensuring that the application pipelines are robust and production-ready. The engineer integrates generative AI models into various projects, which may include deep learning frameworks, neural network architectures, conversational agents, and image processing techniques. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with project goals is a key aspect of the daily workflow, alongside continuous evaluation and enhancement of AI-driven functionalities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions to meet project requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical strategies with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Experience with designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and their AI service offerings.
- Familiarity with integrating generative AI models into production environments.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize data workflows for machine learning applications.
- Understanding of deep learning concepts and their practical applications in AI systems.

- This position is based at our Pune office.
