Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Must have skills : Python (Programming Language)

Good to have skills : AI Agents & Workflow Integration, Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI

Summary:

We are looking for a experienced Python Developer with hands-on expertise in building Agentic AI workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience working with agent development frameworks such as Lang Chain and Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) to design scalable, LLM-powered systems with tool integration, memory handling, and workflow orchestration.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
• Design and implement Agentic AI workflows including multi-agent coordination, tool-calling, and contextual memory.
• Build AI agents using Lang Chain, Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), or similar frameworks.
• Develop REST APIs and microservices to support AI-driven applications.
• Collaborate with SMEs product teams to deliver intelligent automation solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python and backend development frameworks (Fast API/Flask/Django).
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as Lang Chain or Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).
• Experience in AI agent development, workflow orchestration, and tool integration.
• Experience building RESTful services and working with databases (PostgreSQL/MongoDB).
  
  

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI use cases.
• Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
