Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Good to have skills : DevOps Architecture

Power Platform / Copilot Studio Engineer

Role summary

Own the design, deployment, and lifecycle of enterprise Copilot Studio agents and the Power Platform foundation they run on. You'll take prototype agents built by business users and harden them into governed, observable, scalable production tools - and architect how they connect to each other and to downstream systems.

Role & Responsibilities

Stand up and govern Power Platform environments (Dev/Test/Prod), Managed Environments, and Dataverse

Convert prototype agents into solution-based, source-controlled deployments with ALM pipelines

Replace personal connections with service principals, configure SSO, and eliminate auth friction for end users

Define and enforce DLP policies, connector governance, and sharing controls

Instrument agents with Application Insights and Copilot Studio analytics

Design multi-agent architectures using agent-to-agent orchestration and MCP servers

Partner with business owners and citizen developers to productionize what they build

Required Experience

3+ years building on Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)

Hands-on Copilot Studio experience including topics, knowledge sources, actions, and authentication configuration

Entra ID fundamentals: app registrations, service principals, OAuth flows, delegated vs. application permissions

Power Platform ALM: solutions, connection references, environment variables, pipelines or Azure DevOps

SharePoint and Microsoft Graph integration patterns

Working knowledge of DLP policies and tenant-level governance

Nice to have

Microsoft 365 Agents SDK or Azure AI Foundry experience

MCP (Model Context Protocol) familiarity

Application Insights / KQL for telemetry
