Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires integrating these solutions into robust pipelines that are ready for production deployment, ensuring high-quality and scalable implementations. The engineer works on diverse projects that may include generative AI models, deep learning architectures, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing techniques. Collaboration with various teams to align technical solutions with project goals and continuous refinement of AI-driven applications are key aspects of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions to meet project requirements.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of AI components within larger systems.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
• Strong knowledge of AI frameworks and cloud AI services for deploying scalable solutions.
• Experience with generative AI models and their application in real-world scenarios.
• Familiarity with deep learning techniques including neural networks and image processing.
• Ability to develop and maintain production-ready pipelines for AI applications.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing AI models to enhance performance and reliability.
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
