Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Must have skills : Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), Azure OpenAI Service, Lang chain, python frame works, Agentic AI design, multi-agen

Summary:

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires integrating generative artificial intelligence models into scalable solutions, ensuring that these applications meet production standards and operate efficiently within cloud or on-premises environments. Daily activities may include collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities, troubleshooting complex issues, and continuously improving the performance and reliability of AI-driven products. The position also involves exploring innovative approaches such as deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing to deliver impactful solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and deployment of AI models ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor and optimize AI system performance to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI, Azure OpenAI Service, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing AI pipelines for cloud and on-premises environments.
• In-depth understanding of generative model architectures and their practical applications.
• Ability to develop and fine-tune deep learning models including neural networks and transformer-based systems.
• Experience with AI-driven conversational agents such as chatbots and natural language processing tools.
• Familiarity with image processing techniques and their integration into AI solutions.
  
  

Must need Knowledge in:

• Agentic AI design, multi-agent orchestration, RAG architecture
• Insurance domain knowledge (underwriting, claims, policy)
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
