Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based or on-premises pipelines to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable. The work often includes applying generative artificial intelligence models to solve complex problems, as well as exploring areas such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with various teams to align technical implementations with project goals is a key part of daily activities, ensuring innovative and efficient AI-driven solutions are delivered.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and deployment of AI models ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
• Experience in designing and implementing AI pipelines for both cloud and on-premises environments.
• Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and neural network frameworks.
• Ability to develop and optimize conversational AI systems such as chatbots.
• Familiarity with image processing techniques and their application in AI solutions.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and enhancing AI model performance in production settings.
• Builds, integrates, and optimizes LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and agent workflows.
• Fine-tunes models, improves prompt performance, and enhances scalability and latency.
• Collaborates with QE, data, and platform teams to operationalize GenAI solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in Python, LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and agent orchestration.
• Azure OpenAI Service with RAG (LLM integration, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines)
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
