Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based services. The role requires integrating various AI models, including generative AI, into scalable and production-ready pipelines, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises. Daily activities may include developing solutions that incorporate deep learning techniques, neural networks, conversational agents, and image processing capabilities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement of AI-driven applications is a key aspect of the role, fostering innovation and efficiency in delivering intelligent solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions to meet project requirements.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Design and develop responsive frontend interfaces (Angular / React) and scalable backend APIs (Node.js / NestJS / Python).
• Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs, microservices, and integrations with agent runtimes, LLM endpoints, and enterprise systems.
• Implement secure authentication, authorization (OAuth 2.0, JWT), and data persistence across SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) stores.
• Write clean, modular, well-tested code following SOLID principles participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Debug and optimize across the full stack for performance, reliability, and cost on AWS / GCP / Azure.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborate with architects, designers, and AI engineers, and leverage CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) for rapid, safe releases.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Strong experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning models in production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud AI services and the ability to integrate them into application pipelines.
• Knowledge of generative AI models and their practical applications within software solutions.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
• Ability to work with image processing and chatbot technologies as part of AI system development.
• Must-have skills: full-stack development with JavaScript / TypeScript, Angular or React, Node.js / Express / NestJS, REST & GraphQL APIs, PostgreSQL / MongoDB, Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployment (AWS / GCP / Azure).
  
  

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
• Experience: 5–8 years of hands-on full-stack web development exposure to agentic / GenAI applications is a plus.
