About the Role:
Our client is looking for a skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data processing, model building, and productionizing AI solutions, along with a solid understanding of modern ML frameworks and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy scalable Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
- Develop AI-driven applications using modern ML frameworks and tools.
- Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to deliver AI solutions.
- Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines and MLOps workflows.
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Implement NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, or Generative AI solutions based on business requirements.
- Monitor deployed models and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure AI systems follow security, governance, and ethical AI standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Python, SQL, and data processing.
- Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI concepts.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering roles
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, LangChain, or vector databases.
- Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or predictive analytics.
- Experience in MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or SageMaker.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop.
- Knowledge of Linux environments and version control systems like Git.
- Certifications in AI/ML or cloud platforms are an added advantage.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Generative AI applications and AI agents.
- Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
- Exposure to LLM fine-tuning and model deployment.
- Experience in enterprise AI transformation projects.
