Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer to build, deploy, and optimize Machine Learning and AI solutions that solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, MLOps, and cloud-based AI platforms, with strong software engineering skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and AI solutions.
• Build predictive, classification, recommendation, and NLP models.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines for model training and inference.
• Implement model evaluation, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Deploy ML models using cloud-native services and MLOps practices.
• Work with structured, unstructured, and large-scale datasets.
• Develop AI-powered applications, intelligent assistants, and automation solutions.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning
• Experience with Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras
• Strong understanding of statistics, data science, and model evaluation techniques
• Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive Analytics
• Strong SQL and data processing skills
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and CI/CD practices
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
