Role Overview: We are looking for a hands-on AI/ML leader who can drive end-to-end

execution of these initiatives from model development to production deployment and

deliver market-ready products at speed and quality. This role combines technical depth,

team leadership, and product execution, ensuring our AI capabilities translate into scalable,

reliable, and commercially viable solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 2+ years in AI/ML engineering and systems development.

• Education: BTech/BE in AI , CSE or any related field

• Track Record: Proven history of shipping AI products to production.

• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in building and deploying in two or more

areas: LLMs, Speech, Multimodal AI, etc.

• Systems Knowledge: Experience with ML Ops, cloud platforms, and scalable

architecture.

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver under complex,

timebound situations.

• Mindset: A startup-oriented, hands-on approach with a focus on ownership and

execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI/ML Product Delivery

• Own the end-to-end production and delivery of foundational AI/ML projects.

• Ensure models are robust, scalable, and production ready.

• Drive timelines, sprint planning, and execution discipline.

2. Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Define AI/ML system architecture, including models, pipelines, infrastructure, and

APIs.

• Select appropriate technical approaches (LLMs, NLP, speech, knowledge graphs,

etc.).

• Establish best practices in model training, evaluation, and ML Ops.

3. Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance AI/ML team.

• Establish high standards for coding, experimentation, and reviews.

• Foster a culture of ownership, speed, and innovation.

4. Data & Model Strategy

• Define strategy for data acquisition and quality control.

• Collaborate with domain experts to incorporate specialized datasets, including Indic

and domain-specific corpora.

• Continuously optimize model performance and relevance to real-world use cases.
