About the Role
Join our AI Platforms team to implement and integrate components of an internal
observability platform tracking AI usage, performance, and quality across the organization.
You will work closely with senior architects to build scalable data pipelines, dashboards,
and agentic workflows using modern LLM tools. This is a hands-on engineering role focused
on execution, testing, and continuous iteration.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement robust data ingestion pipelines for LLM events (usage, latency,
costs).
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards for performance monitoring and usage
metrics (using Streamlit/Dash).
• Develop agentic workflows for automated reporting, alerting, and NL-query interfaces
under architectural guidance.
• Write high-quality, maintainable Python code with comprehensive unit and integration
tests.
• Maintain and optimize data modeling in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and other analytical
stores.
• Containerise applications (Docker) and ensure clean integration with CI/CD workflows.
• Debug, optimize performance, and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
Requirements & Qualifications
Engineering & Foundational Skills
• 2–3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python (OOP, async, concurrency, pytest).
• Experience building RESTful APIs (FastAPI/Flask) for scalable model serving.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices (version control, Docker,
API design).
AI & ML Expertise
• Proven experience building and deploying end-to-end AI systems (e.g., chatbots, RAG
applications).
• RAG architecture and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Chroma, pgvector).
• Familiarity with LLM frameworks and APIs (OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph).
• Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning concepts.
• Understanding of ML fundamentals: evaluation metrics, training loops, hyperparameter
tuning, and model monitoring.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering best practices (Chain-of-thought, few-shot
prompting).
Data & Cloud Skills
• Proficiency in data handling libraries (Pandas) and SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL,
MongoDB).
• Experience deploying on cloud ML platforms (AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure
OpenAI Service)
