Position Objective

This position is responsible for --

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models

Build end-to-end data science pipelines

Develop and optimize predictive, classification, recommendation, or NLP models

Collaborate with managers and stakeholders

Perform model evaluation, tuning, and monitoring in production environments

Communicate findings and insights clearly

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML research and tool

Knowledge and Skills -

4 - 7 years of hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI

Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)

Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras

Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra

Experience with SQL and working with large-scale datasets

Knowledge of feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning

Experience deploying models using REST APIs, Docker, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Deep Learning, NLP, Generative AI

Knowledge of LLMs and prompt engineering

Prior experience mentoring junior data scientists

Academics Graduate

Experience 5-12 Years experience
