Role Overview We are seeking a passionate AI/ML/Data Engineer (35 years of experience) with strong expertise in generative AI, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and intelligent workflow automation. You'll design, build, and scale AI-powered features that drive our platform's core capabilities from computer vision and NLP to agentic systems and seamless integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs) into production systems
- Build and optimize RAG frameworks using tools like LangChain for accurate, context-aware AI responses
- Implement computer vision solutions with OpenCV for image/document processing and analysis
- Design and manage vector databases (VectorDB) for efficient semantic search and embeddings storage
- Create high-performance APIs and backends using FastAPI
- Build intelligent workflow automation pipelines using n8n and integrate with tools like Zapier (automation & no-code workflows)
- Integrate third-party AI services including ElevenLabs (voice synthesis) and other GenAI APIs
- Work with PostgreSQL for data persistence and efficient querying
- Develop interactive dashboards and prototypes using Streamlit (Python Streamlit)
- Apply TensorFlow for custom deep learning models and foundational ML tasks
- Build agentic frameworks and autonomous AI agents for complex task orchestration
- Leverage expertise in NLP, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning foundations to solve real-world problems in talent verification and skill intelligence
Must-Have Skills & Experience (35 years)
- Strong Python proficiency for AI/ML development
- Hands-on experience with LLM integrations, SLM, RAG frameworks, and LangChain
- Practical knowledge of OpenCV for computer vision tasks
- Experience with VectorDB (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.)
- Proficiency in FastAPI for building scalable AI APIs
- Workflow automation using n8n and/or Zapier integrations
- Integration experience with services like ElevenLabs (text-to-speech/voice AI)
- Solid PostgreSQL skills and data handling
- Familiarity with Streamlit for rapid AI app prototyping
- Working knowledge of TensorFlow and deep learning model development
- Strong foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Agentic Frameworks, and NLP
Nice to Have
- Experience deploying AI models in production (cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Knowledge of observability for ML systems (e.g., LangSmith, Prometheus)
- Exposure to multi-modal AI or voice-enabled applications
