Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Computational Science Specialist with expertise in designing and implementing multi-agent AI systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI/ML, agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, workflow orchestration, and intelligent automation. You will build scalable AI agents, develop context-aware workflows, integrate external tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop multi-agent AI frameworks for intelligent automation and business workflows.
- Build agent memory, context management, and tool integration capabilities.
- Implement feedback loops and self-improving agent workflows.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Evaluate and optimize AI agent performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop and integrate AI/ML models using modern frameworks and cloud platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex AI workflows and continuously improve system performance.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to AI best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)
- Experience with Multi-Agent AI Systems and Agentic AI Frameworks
- Hands-on knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
- Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate)
- API integration and tool orchestration experience
- Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Experience with Git and Agile development practices
