What would you do The Digital Inside Sales domain focuses on reinventing sales operations via digital transformation, data-driven insights, and AI-powered engagement. Key focus areas include AI-driven lead generation and qualification, end-to-end sales cycle management, hyper-personalization with real-time insights, partner acceleration, and customer success enablement. The Techno-Functional Expert will serve as the Technical Delivery Lead, combining a deep understanding of Digital Inside Sales with strong technical expertise in Python and AI/ML. The candidate will lead the design and delivery of AI and ML-enabled solutions that enhance sales operations, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Acting as a bridge between the sales function and technical teams, this role demands both domain knowledge and hands-on technical skills to deliver end-to-end inside sales transformation solutions to clients.
What are we looking for
- Strong expertise in Digital Inside Sales processes including lead generation, sales operations, CRM automation, and customer success enablement.
- Proficiency in Python programming and practical experience applying AI/ML models in sales or related business functions.
- Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-enabled sales tech solutions to clients, ideally within consulting or professional services.
- Experience with sales and marketing analytics platforms, CRM tools, and automation technologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and business teams effectively.
- Ability to lead technical delivery teams, manage projects, and drive client satisfaction.
- 12+ years of combined Digital Inside Sales domain and technical delivery experience.
- Familiarity with Accenture SynOps platform or equivalent intelligent automation systems.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in Sales Technology, Data Science, AI, or related fields. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of AI/ML-powered Digital Inside Sales solutions that optimize lead generation, sales cycle management, and customer success processes.
- Translate business needs from sales leadership into scalable, technically feasible AI and automation solutions using Python and machine learning methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams, data scientists, and technical developers to implement predictive analytics, generative AI models, and real-time insight tools.
- Manage project delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance across client engagements.
- Mentor team members on Digital Inside Sales domain knowledge and emerging AI/ML technologies.
- Stay updated with advancements in inside sales technologies, AI, ML, and related automation tools to enhance delivery capabilities.
