What would you do You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation Discipline and management of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria.
What are we looking for Tech Project Manager to oversee technology-driven SynOps projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. They bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders, managing resources, risks, and communication. A Tech Project Manager should be both a strategist and a facilitator. Should ensure technical projects are executed efficiently, balancing technical depth with managerial oversight. The role demands a mix of technical expertise, leadership, and communication skills to deliver successful outcomes.
- Project Planning & Execution o Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. o Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. o Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, IT).
- Stakeholder Management o Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. o Communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly. o Manage expectations and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Risk & Issue Management o Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. o Resolve project issues and escalate when necessary. Roles and Responsibilities:
