Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Architect with strong hands-on experience to design and build scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. This role bridges architecture and engineering, requiring both system design expertise and active involvement in implementation.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI/ML Solution Design

• Design end-to-end AI/ML solutions including data pipelines, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and production-ready AI architectures.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, design patterns, and best practices.

2. Generative AI & LLM Systems

• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs and SLMs.
• Build and optimize RAG-based systems, semantic search, and AI assistants.
• Work with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex for orchestration.
• Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and open-source models (Llama, Mistral).

3. Data & Platform Engineering

• Build and optimize data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Work with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).
• Handle large-scale data using Spark, Databricks, or similar tools.

4. MLOps & Deployment

• Implement MLOps pipelines (CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, retraining).
• Deploy models using Docker, Kubernetes, Triton, TorchServe, TensorFlow Serving.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and low-latency inference systems.
• Use tools like MLflow, Weights & Biases for experiment tracking.

5. Model Development & Optimization

• Develop and fine-tune models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Apply optimization techniques like LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT.
• Work on NLP, deep learning, and embedding-based systems.

6. Collaboration & Mentorship

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and GenAI.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering and solution design.
• Strong proficiency in Python, NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
• Strong understanding of NLP concepts (Transformers, embeddings, attention).
• Experience deploying ML models in production environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus).
• Exposure to Databricks, Spark, or big data ecosystems.
• Understanding of MLOps and containerized deployments.
