We have developed NAVIK AI, a suite of AI/ML-powered solutions for marketing and sales, including flagship products like ASK NAVIK, NAVIK MarketingAI, and NAVIK SalesAI. Our goal is to enhance these products and expand our suite further. The team blends Data, Analytics, and Technology to deliver impactful business results. We are seeking a Junior Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI to support our NAVIK AI suite's ongoing evolution and development.

Job Summary

Infogain is looking for a motivated Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about exploring new challenges, driving innovation, and leveraging advanced machine learning techniques and programming skills, especially in Python. You will assist in enhancing the analytics backend of our flagship products and contribute to advancing our knowledge discovery solutions. This role is suited for someone who enjoys learning, creative problem-solving, and working in a dynamic environment.

Eligibility

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field OR master's degree in statistics, economics, business economics, econometrics, or operations research.
• 5-10 years of experience in the Analytics/Data Science domain.
• Experience with Generative AI techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with ETL methods, data imputation, data cleaning, and outlier handling.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud platform and AI/ML services.
• Knowledge of databases and associated tools such as SQL.
  
  

Technical Skills – Desirable

• Expertise in NLP and Generative AI methods like Prompt design, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Multi-agent frameworks, and Evaluation frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.

• Deployment of GenAI applications
• Exposure to Big Data technologies like Spark.
  
  

Specific Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering:
• Translate business requirements into actionable analytical plans.
• Ensure alignment with the customer's strategic objectives.
• Data Handling:
• Identify appropriate data sources to address business problems.
• Resolve data discrepancies, including ETL tasks, missing values, and outliers.
• Development and Execution:
• Deliver projects and POC initiatives from inception to completion.
• Develop and refine technical and analytics architecture.
• Implement scalable analytical frameworks and data pipelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Deliver production-ready models and solutions.
• Monitor success metrics and ensure high-quality output.
• Create and maintain documentation/reports.
• Innovation and Best Practices:
• Stay informed about new trends in Generative AI.
• Implement novel applications of Generative AI algorithms in Python.
