We are looking for an AI Leader – Architect with a strong and holistic understanding of modern AI technologies, including classical machine learning, deep learning, and the latest advancements in generative AI. This role combines deep technical expertise with people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic influence.
You will lead and mentor multidisciplinary AI teams, design end-to-end AI architectures, and represent AI capabilities in customer-facing and executive discussions. The role may involve up to 70% non-technical responsibilities, including stakeholder alignment, cross-functional leadership, and contribution to business development initiatives.
Your tasks
- Leading, mentoring, and grow high-performing AI teams comprising data scientists, engineers, and product stakeholders
- Defining and overseeing end-to-end AI architectures, ensuring scalability, quality, and seamless integration
- Driving AI strategy alignment with business objectives and customer needs
- Representing AI capabilities in customer engagements, executive discussions, and technical presentations
- Staying current with emerging AI research, tools, and industry best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Supporting pre-sales and solution discussions by articulating AI value propositions and feasibility
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience delivering AI solutions, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role
- Strong expertise across machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI technologies
- Proficiency with at least one major cloud AI/ML ecosystem (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and executive stakeholders
- Excellent communication, people leadership, and mentoring skills
- Strong understanding of AI system architecture, scalability, and responsible AI practices
- Fluent English required
