AI/ML Architect (Agentic AI/GenAI)

We're looking for a seasoned AI/ML Architect who can bridge traditional microservices architectures with cutting-edge GenAI platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thinks end-to-end, from APIs and cloud infrastructure to LLM orchestration and agent communication.

• Design and own end-to-end architecture for scalable, secure, production-ready AI systems

• Build and architect microservices using Python or Java

• Integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI frameworks into enterprise applications

• Work with MCP (Model Control Plane), A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain

• Evaluate and recommend AI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.)

• Translate complex business problems into intelligent, AI-driven technical solutions

• Lead architectural discussions with product, data science, and platform teams

• Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, cloud best practices, and security

Must-Have:

• 810+ years of backend engineering experience (Python / Java)

• Strong expertise in microservices & cloud-native architecture

• Production-level RAG implementation experience

• Hands-on exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents

• Experience with LangChain, Agentic AI, or similar frameworks

• Solid understanding of API design, event-driven systems

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines

• Excellent communication & stakeholder collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have / Big Plus:

• Experience with MCP, A2A, or similar AI infrastructure concepts

• Knowledge of data pipelines & AI model lifecycle management

• Prior experience architecting enterprise AI platforms

• Work on real production AI systems, not just POCs
