About the RoleWe are looking for a highly experienced AI/ML and Agentic AI Trainer to deliver in-depth, practical training to candidates based in the USA. The ideal trainer should have strong hands-on experience, real-world exposure, and the ability to teach concepts aligned with current hiring trends in the US market.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive training sessions covering:
- Machine Learning (Supervised, Unsupervised, Deep Learning)
- Generative AI (LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Fine-tuning)
- Agentic AI systems (Autonomous agents, multi-agent frameworks, workflows)
- Design and continuously update job-ready curriculum based on market trends
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions, real-world projects, and case studies
- Mentor candidates in:
- Building strong GitHub portfolios
- Resume preparation and mock interviews
- Provide insights into US hiring expectations and industry standards
- Track and evaluate learner progress through assignments and projects
Required Skills & Experience- Strong expertise in:
- Python and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Generative AI tools (OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases)
- Agentic AI frameworks (AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph, etc.)
- Proven hands-on experience building real-world AI/ML or GenAI applications
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or teaching
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of current AI/ML job market trends (especially in the USA)
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)- Experience working with a Fortune 500 company or reputed MNC
- Experience deploying production-grade AI solutions
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with MLOps / LLMOps / AI lifecycle management
- Relevant certifications in AI/ML or Data Science
