AI Media Assistant with Photography & Videography experience:
We are looking for an AI Media Assistant with a strong background in photography and videography. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools and a solid understanding of visual storytelling, composition, camera movement, and editing principles. This role is ideal for someone who can combine creative judgment with AI technology to produce high-quality real estate media.
Core Task: using AI tools (Higgsfield, Heygen, Gemini, etc.) to convert real estate photos into polished videos via prompting - videography background helps them judge what good footage/motion looks like
Key Responsibilities:
- Prompt Engineering for Video Generation: Write and refine prompts to convert real estate photos into AI-generated videos, iterating on outputs to match brand/style and natural motion standards.
- AI Avatar Generation: Create high-quality AI avatars based on provided reference images and briefs.
- Photo-to-Video Conversion: Convert real estate photos into engaging AI videos using tools like Gemini, Heygen, and Higgsfield.
- AI Content Production: Assist with generating marketing content and media assets for property listings.
- Admin Support: Assist with task management, organizing files, maintaining production folders, and ensuring all assets are uploaded correctly.
- SOP Compliance: Follow detailed instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately.
- Quality Control: Review AI-generated content to ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy.
- Communication: Work closely with the team and communicate clearly and professionally.
Must-Have (Requirements:
- Videography Experience: Practical background in real estate or property videography (shooting and/or editing), giving a strong eye for pacing, framing, and motion when reviewing AI-generated video output. Strong prompting skills with image-to-video AI tools, or demonstrated ability to learn them quickly.
- Photography Experience: Strong understanding of real estate photography principles, composition, and property styling.
- Passion for AI Tools: Demonstrated interest and enthusiasm for AI-driven content creation.
- Prior Knowledge of AI Tools: Familiarity with Gemini, Heygen, ElevenLabs, Higgsfield, or similar AI platforms.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot issues and maintain high quality across all outputs.
- Strong Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- SOP & Instruction Following: Ability to follow instructions precisely and work within established workflows.
Preferred:
- Portfolio of AI Work: Examples of previous AI avatar or photo-to-video projects.
- Basic Video Editing Knowledge: Drone/gimbal operation - Traditional video editing software familiarity (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve) — useful for touch-ups, not core to the role
- Experience in Real Estate Marketing: Understanding of listing standards and property presentation
