We just launched our 4-week expert-designed social media calendar and now need ONE sharp creator who can bring it to life using AI + Adobe.
Your Role (What You Will Actually Do)
You will single-handedly run our Instagram + LinkedIn daily and deliver:
- 4 Reels + 2 Carousels + Stories every week using the ready Excel calendar
- Magnetic 0–3 second hooks that stop scrolls dead
- High-engagement content (success stories, TPO interviews, student skits, SNPPP explainer)
- Full editing, caption writing, hashtag research & scheduling
- Daily engagement + lead generation (DM replies, form fills, campus visit bookings)
Tools You Must Know (or learn in 1 week):
AI-First Stack (70% of work):
- Predis.ai / Canva Magic Studio
- CapCut AI (auto-captions, effects, viral templates)
- Buffer or Later (scheduling + analytics)
- Other relevant tools
Traditional Pro Stack (when needed):
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe After Effects (for premium animations)
If you can do 80% work with AI and 20% with Adobe – you are perfect.
Must-Have Skills
- Killer instinct for hooks & storytelling (especially in Hindi + Hinglish)
- Experience making Reels that get 10K+ views in Tier-2 cities
- Can turn raw Anchor/TPO/student footage into scroll-stopping videos in <30 mins
- Understand EdTech / Placement / Job market content
- Basic analytics reading (reach, saves, DM leads)
