We are looking for enthusiastic Marketing Interns to support our lead generation and outreach efforts. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants real exposure to B2B marketing, client research, email campaigns, and outreach.
Role Overview
We are seeking energetic, detail-oriented, and confident Marketing Interns to help us engage and qualify leads generated through industry events, research, and outbound outreach.
In this role, you will support the marketing and business growth team through email campaigns, prospect research, lead qualification, and cold outreach. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, research, relationship-building, and working in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of email outreach and follow-up campaigns for leads generated through events, databases, and other channels
- Research prospective clients, including company background, industry, decision-makers, hiring trends, and potential business needs
- Build and maintain clean, organized lead lists and contact databases
- Assist with cold calling and first-level outreach to introduce TalentXM's services and identify potential opportunities
- Personalize messages and outreach based on prospect insights
- Track outreach activity, responses, and campaign performance in spreadsheets or CRM tools
- Work closely with the team to identify high-potential leads and prioritize follow-ups
- Help improve messaging, outreach templates, and lead nurturing processes based on results
- Contribute ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and market engagement
What We're Looking For

- Confidence in speaking with new people over phone, email, or LinkedIn
- Good research and analytical skills

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM or email tools is a plus
Preferred Background
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, HR, or a related field
- Interest in B2B marketing, lead generation, employer branding, recruitment marketing, or business development
- Prior internship, campus ambassador, sales, or outreach experience is a plus, but not mandatory
