This is not a traditional marketing internship.
You will work directly with Aditya, Founder of Agency 367, and be closely involved in building, testing, deploying, and improving AI-powered marketing agents across different functions.
You will not just be making reports, writing captions, or doing basic execution work. You will be helping build the systems that could eventually transform how modern marketing teams operate.
What You'll Work On:
You will help build and deploy AI agents across key marketing functions, including:
Performance Marketing- You will work on AI systems that assist with campaign planning, ad copy generation, creative analysis, performance insights, testing frameworks, and optimization recommendations.
Creative Development- You will help build workflows for ad concepts, hooks, scripts, visual directions, persona mapping, funnel-wise creative planning, and campaign ideation.
Social Media- You will support agents that can help with content planning, post generation, trend analysis, brand voice adaptation, and platform-specific content systems.
Marketing Strategy- You will assist in building AI workflows for audience research, competitor analysis, positioning, campaign strategy, and brand communication.
Product Deployment- You will test AI agents, identify gaps, improve outputs, document workflows, and help deploy these systems for real-world marketing use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
As an AI Marketing Intern, you will:
* Work directly with the founder on building and improving the 367 Marketing OS.
* Test AI agents across different marketing use cases.
* Identify what works, what breaks, and what needs to be improved.
* Create prompts, workflows, test cases, and feedback loops for different marketing agents.
* Help convert marketing processes into repeatable AI-powered systems.
* Work on deployment of agents across performance marketing, creative strategy, content, social media, and reporting.
* Research how AI tools, agents, and automation systems can be applied to real-world marketing workflows.
* Document processes clearly so that they can be improved, repeated, and scaled.
* Think from both a marketing and product perspective.
* Work fast, learn fast, and take ownership of ambiguous problems.
