 We're looking for a results-driven marketer to own growth on our Shopify stores. This role focuses on driving qualified traffic through Google and Meta ads, improving conversion rates through strong product page and funnel optimization, and using data to continuously increase revenue and ROAS. This is not an execution-only role. We need someone who can think strategically, identify issues proactively, guide specialists/agencies, and step in when required to solve bottlenecks.

The ideal candidate understands product positioning, customer psychology, online sales funnels, and performance marketing, while also bringing strong commercial thinking to suggest new growth opportunities and business ideas. You'll be responsible for identifying what's working, fixing what's not, and executing strategies that turn visitors into customers—especially for high-ticket furniture products where trust and user experience are critical.  

Understand the customer: Research needs, behavior, and pain points to identify target segments

Position the product: Define clear value proposition and differentiation vs competitors

Drive demand: Plan and have agency partner execute campaigns (ads, SEO, social, email) to generate interest

Convert and grow revenue: Optimize funnels, pricing, and messaging to increase sales

Analyze performance: Evaluate and use data (CAC, conversion rate, ROAS) to refine strategy

Build the brand: Create consistent messaging and long-term brand trust

Location: Remote – India 

Industry: E-commerce / Furniture B2B and B2C

Compensation: Rs.80K - Rs. 100K / Month + bonus

Options: Full Time

Level: Senior with strong experience

Working time zone: Day + Night (availability needed till 1 am at night)

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Performance Oversight

  • Oversee and optimize paid marketing channels including Google Ads (PPC), Meta Ads, remarketing, and performance campaigns. Use AI tools to analyze the data.
  • Monitor ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, funnel drop-offs, and campaign profitability. Use AI tools to evaluate campaigns
  • Guide internal teams and agencies to improve ad performance and scaling strategies
  • Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and identify root causes

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Oversee SEO strategy including technical SEO, on-page optimization, content opportunities, and rankings growth. Use AI tools for eval and strategy.
  • Coordinate with content/development teams to improve organic visibility
  • Identify keyword opportunities aligned with product demand and revenue goals

Website & Conversion Optimization

  • Overlook website performance, UX, landing pages, speed, checkout journey, and conversion flow
  • Identify leaks in traffic-to-sales funnel and recommend improvements. Use AI tools for analytics
  • Work closely with developers/designers to improve CRO and user experience

Product & E-commerce Understanding

  • Understand product-market fit, customer intent, pricing psychology, and merchandising
  • Suggest product bundles, upsells, offers, promotions, and revenue ideas. Implement pricing changes on shopify platform.
  • Analyze market demand, competitor positioning, and new business opportunities. Lead and Support product launches with go-to-market planning

Leadership & Decision Making

  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, or specialists effectively
  • Build dashboards, reporting systems, and KPI visibility. Use AI tool to analyze data,
  • Step in hands-on when required to solve urgent issues
  • Bring ownership mindset and act like a business growth partner

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2 to 4+ years experience in E-commerce / D2C / Online Growth
  • Expertise/ strong experience on SHOPIFY PLATFORM
  • Learning, exploring and trying AI tools heavily
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Shopify, Ecommerce websites
  • Proven experience improving sales, ROAS, and growth metrics
  • Ability to manage specialists rather than only execute tasks
  • Strong analytical mindset with business acumen
  • Understanding of customer journey, conversion funnels, and retention
  • Comfortable reviewing creatives, copy, offers, and landing pages
  • Hands-on enough to diagnose issues when needed

Preferred Background

  • Worked with multi-channel e-commerce brands
  • Experience scaling revenue profitably
  • Experience with CRO tools, GA4, GTM, CRM, Email automation
  • Strong commercial instincts and product sense
